This master-planned 13+ acre, nine-building commercial project totaling over 65,000 square feet was developed in phases within a park-like setting. We integrated natural art features and landscaping to meet city requirements while enhancing the user experience. Strategic site planning included the sale of a 2-acre pad site to support project financing, and we partnered with Fleske Commercial Group to execute lease-up and long-term value creation across the campus.
